Journal of Medical and Biological Research is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor)  as a Russian-language online publication, registration number: El no. FS77-89077 of 27  January  2025.

The journal is an open access publication. The author of an article  grants usage rights to others using Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows for immediate free access to the work and permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute and print full texts of articles or use them for any other lawful purpose.

The full text of all content is available for free and open access without delay. There is no embargo period or requirement for users to register to read content. 
The journal allows authors to retain the copyright of their papers. Authors grant the publisher the right of first publication and other non-exclusive publishing rights according to the license agreement.
