The presentations covered the reasons for the Allied intervention, its participants, their goals and interests, the chronology of the invasion, its milestones, key events and final results, as well as the historical experience of fighting against the intervention. It was emphasized that the huge foreign military and other assistance to the anti-Bolshevik forces in Russia escalated and prolonged the Civil War. In addition, the round table participants discussed the relevant historical lessons drawn from the experience of fighting against the intervention, as well as the formation and preservation of historical memory of the Civil War and Allied intervention in Russia.
